July RBOB prices traded significantly lower in overnight and initial morning action, weighed down by a weak macroeconomic tone. Some traders also pointed to gains in the US dollar as another force pressuring prices lower.
Meanwhile, there did seem to be a level of demand coming into the US gasoline market, with increased refiner-buying in the wake of recent outages.
