HOUSTON -- Oil States International announced that its Canadian subsidiary, PTI Group, has begun construction of a new facility, McClelland Lake Lodge, north of Fort McMurray, in the Athabasca oil sands region of Alberta. PTI will engineer, design, build, own and manage the facility, which will have an initial capacity of 1,561 rooms and potential to reach 1,997 rooms.
