YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- VAM USA LLC, a supplier of premium threaded connections for the oil and gas industry, confirmed that it reached an agreement with the City of Youngstown, Ohio, to purchase and develop property for a new threading plant on Ohio Works Drive.
