STAVANGER, Norway -- The Norwegian Petroleum Directorate has granted Tullow Oil Norge AS a drilling permit for well 31/10-1. The well will be drilled from the Borgland Dolphin drilling facility after the wildcat well 6507/5-7 for E.ON E&P Norway AS in production license 558 has been concluded.
