HOUSTON -- Halliburton has announced the promotion of Jeff Miller, currently the company’s executive V.P. and COO, to president and his appointment to the Halliburton Board of Directors effective August 1, 2014. In this new role, Miller will complement the leadership of Dave Lesar, Halliburton’s chairman and CEO.
