SUGAR LAND, Texas -- The Research Partnership to Secure Energy for America (RPSEA) announced that its board of directors has appointed James M. Pappas, P.E., to the position of acting president, effective June 1. The appointment follows the resignation of Dr. Robert W. Siegfried II.
