Condensate exports without U.S. approval seen as norm

HOUSTON (Bloomberg) --- No government approval for U.S. condensate exports? No problem, says the lawyer who has been instrumental in poking a hole in the 39-year-old ban on most crude oil shipments. That would allow a larger chunk of the 650,000 bpd of U.S. condensate to be exported.
