WASHINGTON D.C. -- The U.S. Energy Department has issued two final authorizations for Freeport LNG Expansion, L.P. and FLNG Liquefaction, LLC to export domestically produced LNG to countries that do not have a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with the U.S.
